Technisch
Not all our relationships, integrations and tooling comes from European soil. We are extra vigilant with critical dependencies and sensitive information. For supporting services we rely on global standards.
Infrastructuur en hosting
Our infrastructure runs entirely on European soil. Primary hosting in Eemshaven (Netherlands) and Science Park Amsterdam, with redundancy across multiple EU locations.
Stack
The application is built on React and Laravel and runs in isolated Docker containers. Updates are deployed via GitLab pipelines and system health is monitored via Sentry.
AI beleid
AI applications exclusively use European providers. AI features are powered by Mistral AI, with data processing taking place within EU jurisdiction.
Product security
The platform has Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Role-Based Access Control as standard. Actions within the application are traceable via audit logs.
Juridisch
Legal safeguards ensure data portability and organizational continuity. Our foundation structure prevents acquisition, and subscription agreements guarantee data export rights.
Anti lock-in provisie
The Subscription Agreement contains anti-lock-in provisions to promote data portability. The complete dataset is exportable at any time.
Continuïteit
Belang is a foundation and cannot be acquired or sold. The mission is anchored in the legal structure to legally secure data sovereignty.
