EU-first approach
Hosting and infrastructure
The platform and your data run entirely in the Netherlands (Amsterdam region), on Scaleway, a European cloud provider. Your data stays physically in the Netherlands, under European jurisdiction and the GDPR.
Product security
The platform comes with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Role-Based Access Control as standard. All legal actions are traceable through audit logs.
AI policy
For processing client data with AI, we exclusively use European providers. Scanning a shareholder register, for example, is powered by Mistral, with data processing within the EU.
Immutable transaction history
Every issuance, transfer and mutation is recorded in an audit log that cannot be altered after the fact. What happened is always traceable.
Stack
The platform is built with React and Laravel. Applications run on Scaleway in Docker containers and are monitored with Sentry.
How we protect your freedom
You can always leave
You can cancel at any time with one month's notice. Your data is always exportable in a standard format, and we'll actively support you through any transition.
European where we can
Not all of our tooling is European. With every technical decision, we weigh quality against autonomy. For critical dependencies and processing of your data we're extra vigilant; for tools we only use internally we're less strict.
